We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on sous chef—or a strong line cook ready to take the next step—to work directly with the owner to reorganize and improve our back-of-house operation.
This is an opportunity to bring your ideas, cook alongside us, and help build a kitchen we’re proud of. Together, we’ll review everything from recipes and food quality to prep, station setup, inventory, waste, and how the team works through service.
What you’ll do:
Cook and lead by example during service.
Help organize prep lists, stations, storage, and daily routines.
Develop and refine recipes with the owner.
Improve consistency, cleanliness, and food safety.
Help manage inventory, ordering, portioning, and waste.
Support and train the kitchen team.
What we’re looking for:
Solid experience working the line and preparing food from scratch.
Someone organized, reliable, and ready for more responsibility.
Clear communication and a collaborative attitude.
A willingness to tackle the everyday work of improving a kitchen.
Pride in the food you serve and respect for the people around you.
You don’t need to have run an entire kitchen before. You do need strong fundamentals, initiative, and a desire to grow. The owner will be actively involved, working alongside you throughout the process.
