Job Description

Clinical Research Associate position overseeing immunology study sites across assigned territories. Responsible for ensuring protocol compliance, site management, regulatory documentation, and data integrity while maintaining strong investigator relationships throughout all trial phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain site relationships; manage site performance and compliance throughout trial lifecycle
• Conduct remote and on-site monitoring visits including validation, initiation, and close-out activities
• Review and ensure accuracy of data, regulatory documentation, and protocol adherence across assigned sites
• Identify and resolve compliance issues, escalating problems through defined pathways as needed
• Identify and develop new clinical research sites to expand territory capabilities

Requirements

• Associate degree in scientific/healthcare field plus 5+ years healthcare experience including 2+ years site management, OR Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years site management experience
• Fluent in local languages and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical trial phases, and regulatory requirements
• Proven site management experience including performance oversight and patient recruitment
• Proficiency with MS Office and clinical IT systems across multiple devices
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically/internationally 65-75% of time
• Immunology experience preferred
